The growing number of older persons in modern society has made it necessary to have a broad perspective on the issue due to shifting dynamics. The nursing profession has changed and become more important as a result of the growth in recently discovered diseases and issues brought on by bad lifestyle choices. More nurses who are trained to work at various advanced levels in hospitals, community health organisations, nursing homes, and home health care are needed in the future. The program has been designed to meet both the present and future demands of the rapidly evolving nursing field.
